The first phase of Hefei Changxin 12-inch memory wafer manufacturing base covers an area of 566,000 square meters and a construction area of about 490,000 square meters. As a major "mysterious team" among China's three major memory forces, Hefei Changxin plays an important role in domestic DRAM.

Chip safety production faces challenges

With deep technical research and development accumulation and rich experience in smart factory projects, combined with the actual application needs of customers, TYT has designed a set of stable and reliable and technologically advanced intelligent power distribution solutions for Hefei Changxin, including TYT TBBQ6 series dual-power automatic transfer switches, which help this top domestic storage manufacturing base achieve safer and more efficient operations.

Because TBBQ6 series products have the function of neutral line overlap conversion, it effectively avoids the problem of neutral potential drift caused by neutral wire potential drift caused by neutral wire disconnection during the conversion process.
