The "Big Mac" power supply and distribution is facing challenges
Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center includes exhibition halls, login halls, service supporting rooms, etc. The above-ground buildings are mainly multi-storey and single-storey large-space exhibition halls, and the underground is equipped with telecom, mobile and Unicom computer rooms and large shopping malls.
The power supply and distribution system of Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center is powered by 14 10kV special power supplies from 2 different 110kV substations, with a total equipment capacity of 216,700kW. The high-voltage unit has a capacity of 18,900 kVA, which is used as an emergency power supply for fire fighting and important loads, and the generator set is put into operation within 30s after the mains power failure. At the same time, UPS is set up as a backup power supply for important equipment in the data center, communication room, fire command center, weak motor room and other equipment rooms. So as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the entire power supply and distribution system.
The power supply of the entire convention and exhibition center needs to take into account a series of problems such as high power load level, high power concentration, large seasonal load fluctuation and strict requirements for the functional layout of the exhibition hall, which has extremely high requirements for the quality and flexibility of power supply and distribution, and also brings great challenges to the selected power supply and distribution components.

Among them, the TBBQ3 series ATSE used has an excitation drive to ensure that the conversion time is < 100ms, and the power supply continuity is high, which can meet the power supply of first-class load equipment such as the monitoring system of the convention and exhibition center, the communication room, the anti-terrorism and the command center. It adopts a dedicated PC-level integrated design, with simple structure and reliable performance, with a small volume, which can be perfectly integrated into the emergency lighting distribution box.
For the data center, security system, emergency response system and other electricity consumption in the exhibition hall is a particularly important load in the primary load, the front end of the load will also be equipped with UPS, because the TBBQ3 series has the function of neutral line overlap conversion, effectively avoid the problem of UPS burning at the lower end caused by the zero line potential drift caused by the disconnection of the neutral wire during the conversion process.
At the same time, in addition to the AC-33iA products, the TYT ATSE series also has the AC-33A products, with a switching and breaking capacity of up to 10Ie, which is not afraid of the impact caused by the switching of high-inductive loads such as large fans and pumps in the convention and exhibition center.
